Location : 27 km from Bredasdorp on Elim Road

Duties and responsibilities include: 

– Daily front of house operations 

– Wine tastings

– Menu planning

– Managing kitchen and staff

– Coordinating events and functions

– Stock Control

Applicants must be presentable, well-spoken and efficient.
