We have taken in all our white grapes and we are now patiently waiting on the reds to grace us with their presence. We sampled this week and it looks like we will be taking the Shiraz into the cellar 1st, followed by the Merlot. The Cabernet Sauvignon still has some ripening to do. We have 5 dry tanks already and the cellar is blossoming with a wonderful aroma. The wines are tasting phenomenal and we are very excited to get blending and tasting through all the tanks.
