As the days are growing shorter and winter is fast approaching, we are enjoying the beautiful autumn days here at Black Oystercatcher. With the busy harvest season behind us, this time of the year is blending all our new wines. On the farm things have started to slow down, in preparation for the vines’ winter sleep.
