We love working with those who share our philosophy. The Culinary Table is exactly that: a restaurant in Johannesburg that shares our belief in honest food, made from scratch.
So we’re teaming up with the Culinary Table on Thursday (8 June). Owner and founder of the Black Oystercatcher, Dirk Human, will present a wine-tasting at the restaurant in Lanseria.
Here’s what you can expect: a 4-course dinner, created by co-owner and Chef, Daniela Gutstadt, in an intimate setting.
Chef Daniela harvests the fresh veggies, herbs and fruit from their organic garden. They have an in-house butchery, serving free-range meats; as well as their own bakery.
The Culinary Table team is hosting a Meet the Maker series – which includes the Black Oystercatcher.
They’re looking for wineries that “produce beautiful, authentic products that will add a touch of magic to your kitchen”. We’re thrilled to be part of this special occasion.
The Meet the Maker: Black Oystercatcher event starts at 6pm on Thursday 8 June.
